The PIPC stated that four products were considered for the certification and it was awarded after evaluation and testing and once complementary measures were introduced to correct vulnerabilities. The PIPC stated that detailed certification procedures and standards will be introduced in the future to ensure products that emphasize privacy protection are recognized as being more competitive in the market.
