Lithuania: VDAI responds to Vilnius College breach notification
The State Data Protection Inspectorate ('VDAI') issued, on 16 March 2021, a statement in response to the notification it had received from Vilnius College regarding a possible breach affecting students' personal data. In particular, the VDAI highlighted that Vilnius College is currently investigating the potential incident and that the VDAI will later decide if an investigation into the technical and organisational security measures at the college will be necessary.
