Germany: BfDI issues cybersecurity statement to Bundestag
The Federal Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information ('BfDI') issued, on 24 January 2023, a statement on cybersecurity to the German Parliament ('Bundestag') in which it answers the list of questions in the printed committee paper SB20(23)14. In particular, the BfDI stated that it had sent its statement on the occasion of the public hearing 'Cybersecurity - Responsibilities and Instruments in the Federal Republic of Germany', that took place on 25 January 2023.
