USA: Protecting Americans' Data from Foreign Adversaries Act signed by President
On April 24, 2024, President Biden signed House Resolution 815 Making emergency supplemental appropriations for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024, and for other purposes. The bill contains the Protecting Americans' Data from Foreign Adversaries Act of 2024 under Division I of its provisions.
The bill provides for its entrance into effect 60 days after the enactment of the bill.
