China: TC260 requests comments on three draft strategies
On April 3, 2024, the National Information Security Standardization Technical Committee (TC260) requested public comments on the following draft standards:
- Data Security Specifications for Generative Artificial Intelligence Pre-training and Optimization Training of Information Security Technology which outlines, among others, the security requirements for generative artificial intelligence (AI) pre-training, optimization of training data, and describing the corresponding evaluation methods.
- Security Specifications for Generative Artificial Intelligence Data Annotation of Information Security Technology which specifies, among others, the basic security, personnel management, and the verification and test methods requirements for generative AI data annotators.
- Information Security Technology Personal Information Transfer Requirements Based on Individual Requests which outlines, among others, the procedure, conditions, and scope of responding to requests from individuals to transfer information.
Public comments can be submitted to [email protected] until June 2, 2024.
