International: Czech Republic and Slovakia announce MoU on cybersecurity

The National Cyber and Information Security Agency ('NÚKIB') announced, on 9 February 2023, that it and the National Security Office of Slovakia had signed a Memorandum of Understanding ('MoU') in the field of cybersecurity. In particular, NÚKIB highlighted that the MoU aims to develop and deepen long-term and beneficial cooperation in 17 identified areas, in the form of sharing information, know-how, and experience, support in conducting training and education of employees, as well as maintaining and communicating in the case of active cyber threats. In addition, NÚKIB noted that the MoU includes sections on assisting in incident investigations and joint research to create a secure network environment.
