Chile: Council for Transparency signs agreement with AMUCH
The Council for Transparency ('CPLT') announced, on 20 October 2022, that it had signed a collaboration agreement with the Association of Municipalities of Chile ('AMUCH'). In particular, the CPLT noted that the agreement aims to improve transparency standards in municipalities and to foster the development of training initiatives.
Moreover, among the initiatives that will be developed within the framework of this agreement, the CPLT highlighted the establishment of a Technical Commission which will have the authority to propose measures promoting transparency and access to information.
