Bremen: Bremen Commissioner releases 2019 activity report
The Bremen data protection authority ('the Bremen Commissioner') released, on 20 March 2020, its second activity report on the implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) ('GDPR') ('the Annual Report'). In particular, the Annual Report contains statistics relating to breach notifications and complaints received, as well as investigations started by the Bremen Commissioner and fines issued. Moreover, the Bremen Commissioner highlights the main developments in 2019 and gives additional information about privacy and COVID-19 ('Coronavirus').
