UK: ICO requests comments on guidance and toolkits on AI
On November 29, 2023, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) requested public comments on the guidance and toolkits available to organizations on artificial intelligence (AI). In particular, the ICO noted its interest in receiving comments from the data protection officers (DPOs) and AI engineers.
Public comments can be submitted to [email protected] until December 11, 2023.

ICO extends public consultation on guidance and toolkits on AI
On January 3, 2024, the ICO announced on LinkedIn that it had extended the public consultation on the guidance and toolkits available to organizations to January 10, 2024.
