UK: ICO publishes guidance for organisations on AI decision-making

The Information Commissioner's Office published, on 19 May 2020, in collaboration with the Alan Turing Institute, guidance ('the Guidance') for organisations on the processes, services, and decisions delivered or assisted by artificial intelligence ('AI') to affected individuals. In particular, the Guidance covers, among other things, the legal framework and associated benefits and risks of AI, as well as practical advice for tasks that organisations should complete, and explanations on what AI means for an organisation in terms of roles and responsibilities.

You can read the Guidance here.
