Tunisia: Parliament ratifies Convention 108

The Tunisian Parliament passed, on 16 May 2017, Basic Law No. 2017/33 ('the Law') on the Approval of the Accession of the Republic of Tunisia to the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data ('Convention 108') and its Additional Protocol, which ratifies Convention 108 following Tunisia's accession request in December 2016.
