Slovenia: Commissioner publishes information page on joint controllers
The Information Commissioner ('Commissioner') announced, on 27 February 2023, the publication of an information page on joint controllership. In particular, the Commissioner highlighted that organisations may use the new information page to determine what elements joint controllers should include in their agreement, what information should be provided to individuals, and what is the liability of joint controllers for damages.
