In particular, Poverenik noted that five related persons from Vranje, in the period from 1 August 2022 until 2 September 2022, filed 4,614 complaints in the area of access to information. Moreover, Poverenik highlighted that the events in question represent a serious abuse of the right to access information, contrary to the Law on Protection of Personal Data 2018 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia, No. 87/2018.
