Saxony-Anhalt: LfD Sachsen-Anhalt publishes guide for SMEs
The Sachsen-Anhalt data protection authority ('LfD Sachsen-Anhalt') announced, on 15 December 2021, the publication of a guide addressed to small and medium enterprises ('SMEs'). In particular, the LfD Sachsen-Anhalt noted that it had received numerous enquiries from SMEs on how to comply with data protection law, and, accordingly, it had issued a guide summarising basic information, and provided, among other things, samples and working aids. In addition, the LfD Sachsen-Anhalt Representative, Albert Cohaus, noted that the many enquiries received from SMEs show that there is a great need for information regarding practicable data protection solutions.
