Russia: Duma plans adoption of biometrics law in June
The Russia State Parliament ('Duma') announced, on 15 May 2020, that it was planning to adopt a law on the use of biometrics in the provision of financial services in June. In particular, the Chairman of the Financial Market Committee, Anatoly Aksavov, noted the Duma will accept the law in the second and third reading.
