Norway: Finanstilsynet publishes web page on DORA
On April 26, 2024, the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority (Finanstilsynet) published a thematic web page on Regulation (EU) 2022/2554 and amending Regulations (EC) No 1060/2009, (EU) No 648/2012, (EU) No 600/2014, (EU) No 909/2014 and (EU) 2016/1011(DORA).
The webpage provides the following information:
general information on DORA and the present legal framework for ICT regulation in the financial sector;
the types of undertakings covered by DORA in Norway;
how to manage ICT risks based on DORA's risk management framework;
how to handle incidents;
how to test digital resilience;
how to manage third-party risk; and
the relationship between DORA and the Directive on measures for a high common level of cybersecurity across the Union, repealing Directive (EU) 2016/1148 (NIS2 Directive).
