North Dakota: Senate passes bill to study consumer privacy

The North Dakota State Senate passed, on 20 March 2019, the bill for An Act to Provide For a Legislative Management Study of Consumer Personal Data Disclosures (HB 1485) ('the Bill'), after it was passed by the North Dakota House of Representatives on 19 February 2019.

Bill signed by Senate and House

The Bill was signed, on 25 March 2019, by the President of the North Dakota Senate, following its signing by the Speaker of the North Dakota House of Representatives, on 22 March 2019. The Bill has now been sent to the Governor of North Dakota.
