New Jersey: Bill on personal information transparency obligations passed by Senate

Senate Bill 332, requiring commercial internet websites and online services to notify consumers of the collection and disclosure of personally identifiable information and to allow consumers to opt-out of such processing, was passed, on 2 February 2023, by the Senate. In particular, the bill was introduced to the Senate on 11 January 2022.
