Mississippi: House declines to concur and invites Senate to confer with Walker Montgomery Protecting Children Online Act amendments

On April 12, 2024, the Mississippi House of Representatives declined to concur with the Mississippi State Senate amendments to House Bill 1126 for an act to create the Walker Montgomery Protecting Children Online Act for the purpose of protecting minor children from online harmful material and access to such material. On the same day, the House invited the Senate to confer.
