Goertzen commented, "The review of PHIA will help ensure Manitoba is getting the balance right between respecting personal health information and ensuring patient needs are being met."

The public consultation closes on 31 May 2017. Submissions may be sent by email to [email protected] or mailed to the Manitoba Government PHIA Legislative Review Unit.
