Italy: Whistleblowing legislative decree published in Official Gazette
Legislative Decree No. 24 of 10 March 2023 Implementing the Directive on the Protection of Persons who Report Breaches of Union Law (Directive (EU) 2019/1937) ('the Whistleblowing Directive') was published, on 15 March 2023, in the Official Gazette, following its final approval by the Council of Ministers, on 9 March 2023. In particular, the legislative decree will enter into force on 30 March 2023 and its provisions shall take effect on 15 July 2023.
