The Ministry of Digital Economy and Society ('MDES') announced, on 15 June 2022, that it had entered into a Memorandum of Understanding ('MoU') on digital economy and technology with the UK's Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport ('DCMS'). In particular, the MDES noted that the letter of intent signed between the two countries aims to establish closer cooperation in digital economy and technology, as well as  allow the exchange of information, personnel, and experiences in various fields as is mutually beneficial to both parties.
