International: AZOP and AZLP decide on cooperation agreement
On December 20, 2023, the Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP) announced that an agreement was reached, following a meeting on December 18, 2023, with the Agency for Personal Data Protection (AZLP), on future cooperation between the AZOP and the AZLP, which would result in the signing of a joint agreement. In particular, the AZOP stated that during the meeting, the delegation of Bosnia and Herzegovina was provided with information about the work and activities of the AZOP, especially related to supervisory activities and administrative fines imposed by the AZOP.
