Indiana: Bill on consumer data protection undergoes third reading and passes Senate

Senate Bill 5 on consumer data protection was read for the third time, on 9 February 2023, by the State Senate, and passed in a unanimous vote by the same. Notably, the bill was first read and introduced to the Committee on Commerce and Technology on 9 January 2023.
