Colorado: AG seeks public comment on UOOM shortlist
On November 21, 2023, the Colorado Attorney General (AG) updated its Universal Opt-Out Mechanism (UOOM) portal to seek public comment on the shortlist of UOOMs and their accompanying applications. In particular, the AG had accepted applications for UOOMs from October 5 to November 6, 2023, and thus had selected a narrow list of potential UOOMs for consideration.
Importantly, the AG noted that it will consider public comments alongside each application and the criteria outlined in the UOOM application when deciding the final list. Feedback will be accepted until 11:59 PM MST on November 6, 2023, and additional questions or inquiries on special accommodations may be submitted at [email protected].
