China: TC260 announces publication of four cybersecurity standards
On August 11, 2023, the National Information Standardization Technical Committee (TC260) announced and published four new cybersecurity standards. In particular, the cybersecurity standards include:
- GB/T 35274-2023 – Information Security Technology - Big Data Service Security Capability Requirements;
- GB/T 42884-2023 – Information Security Technology - Guidelines for life cycle management of mobile internet applications;
- GB/T 42888-2023 – Information Security Technology - Assessment specification for the security of machine learning algorithms; and
- GB/Z 42885-2023 – Information Security Technology - Guidance for cybersecurity information sharing.
