Brazil: ANPD launches repository of publications and releases timeline of main achievements
The Brazilian data protection authority ('ANPD') launched, on 12 August 2021, its repository of publications on its website, including guides and technical documents. In particular, the ANPD noted that the purpose of these publications is to provide a record of themes and guidance, and to serve as a reference for data controllers, processing agents, and society in general. Moreover, and among the various documents made available, the ANPD included a timeline containing the milestones of its performance so far.
