Baden-Württemberg: State Parliament elects new Commissioner for Data Protection

The Baden-Württemberg data protection authority (LfDI Baden-Württemberg) announced, on May 25, 2023, that the Baden-Württemberg State Parliament (Landtag) has elected Prof. Dr. Tobias Keber as the new Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information. The LfDI Baden-Württemberg stated that Keber was proposed as a candidate by the Baden-Württemberg State Government (Landesregierung) and will succeed Dr. Stefan Brink.
