Baden-Württemberg: LfDI Baden-Württemberg establishes whistleblowing internal office
On November 30, 2023, the Baden-Württemberg data protection authority (LfDI Baden-Württemberg) announced the establishment of the internal reporting office of the LfDI Baden-Württemberg in accordance with the German Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG). LfDI Baden-Württemberg provided, among other things, information regarding the kind of violations that can or should be reported to the internal reporting office.
