Andorra: APDA issues guidance on data protection and Coronavirus

The Andorran data protection authority (‘APDA’) issued, on 17 March 2020, guidance on data protection during the Covid-19 (‘Coronavirus’) crisis. In particular, the ADPA issued guidance on data processing in the context of Coronavirus (‘the Data Processing Guidance’), including recommendations on prevention measures employers can take and warnings against phishing attacks. Moreover, the APDA issued guidance on working from home (‘the Working From Home Guidance’) and guidance on processing of personal data by health authorities (‘the Health Authority Guidance’).

You can read the press release here, the Data Processing Guidance here, the Working From Home Guidance here, and the Health Authority Guidance here, all only available in Catalan.
