Claudia is a lawyer at Byenkya, Kihika & Co. Advocates, and has more than 2 years’ experience advising clients on both contentious and non-contentious commercial and civil matters.
Claudia’s practice focuses on all areas of intellectual property, employment, corporate and commercial advisory, and family law. She is also experienced in arbitration, and has represented clients in a number of contractual disputes in Uganda. She is also proficient in contractual review and conducting due diligence exercises while handling land and commercial transactions.
Claudia obtained a Bachelor of Laws from BPP University, United Kingdom, and has a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, Uganda. She equally has a Certificate in Negotiating and Drafting International Contracts from Praxis Conflict Centre, an Essentials Certificate in Oil and Gas from Institute of Petroleum Studies, Kampala.
She is also a member of Young International Arbitration Group (YIAG) and The Uganda Association of Women Lawyers (FIDA Uganda).
