The Emergency Royal Decree on Electronic Media Conference B.E. 2556 ('the Decree') was published, on 18 April 2020, in the Royal Gazette of the Kingdom of Thailand. In particular, the Decree establishes the laws relating to meetings through electronic media and the requirements for governments, public organisations, and government agencies that must be followed during such meetings. Furthermore, the Decree establishes requirements for the recording of sound and media, that electronic traffic data be kept as evidence of meetings, and that security standards must be followed during meetings.

You can read the Decree here, only available in Thai.
