The Information Regulator ('the Regulator') published, on 17 July 2020, its draft Guidelines on the Registration of Information Officers ('the Guidelines') and invited comments on the same. Furthermore, the Guidelines provide guidance and the procedures for registration, training, and designation of both Information Officers and deputies with the Regulator, including their duties and responsibilities, and template agreements to be used by internal Information Officers with their deputies.
