Mississippi: House Bill for Biometric Identifiers Privacy Act dies in Committee

House Bill ('HB') 467 for an Act to create the Biometric Identifiers Privacy Act died, on 31 January 2023, following its failure to pass the Senate Judiciary, Division A Committee. In particular, HB 467 introduced requirements and restrictions for private entities that collect biometric identifiers.
