International: India and Bangladesh sign cybersecurity MoU

The Government of India announced, on 12 July 2017, that it had entered into a memorandum of understanding ('MoU') with Bangladesh on 8 April 2017. In particular, the MoU intends to promote cooperation between the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team ('CERT-In') and the Bangladesh e-Government Computer Incident Response Team ('BGD e-Gov CIRT'). According to the press release, the MoU between CERT-In and BGD e-Gov CIRT will be implemented through a Joint Committee on Cyber Security, yet to be established.
