On May 23, 2023, the National Assembly announced that the President of the National Assembly had signed and sent Proposal No. T/3089 about complaints, reports in the public interest, and rules relating to reporting abuse to the President of the Republic of Hungary, following amendments to the same in line with the President's recommendations. The proposal transposes the Whistleblowing Directive and establishes specific requirements for internal whistleblowing systems.
