Germany: LfDI Mecklenburg-Vorpommern publishes SDM V2.0b

The State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Mecklenburg-Vorpommern ('LfDI Mecklenburg-Vorpommern') published, on 22 April 2020, an updated version of the second version of their Standard Data Protection Model ('SDM V2.0b') adopted at the Data Protection Conference ('DSK') meeting on 17 April 2020. In particular, the LfDI Mecklenburg-Vorpommern highlights that SDM V2.0b, which has been editorially revised slightly, but corresponds in content to SDM V2. In addition, the LfDI Mecklenburg-Vorpmmern noted that, in SDM 2.0b, Chapter E6 was supplemented by information on the binding nature of the application of individual measures in the reference measures catalogue.
