EU: Text of provisional agreement on DSA published and endorsed by Parliament's Internal Market Committee

The European Parliament published, on 15 June 2022, the text of the provisional agreement on the Digital Services Act ('DSA'), following the announcement, in April 2022, of the political agreement reached between the Parliament and Council of the European Union. In addition, the Parliament confirmed, on 16 June 2022, that its Internal Market Committee had endorsed the provisional agreement on the DSA with 36 votes in favour, five against, and one abstention.

Separately, the Parliament highlighted that the DSA and the Digital Markets Act ('DMA') are expected to be voted on by the Parliament in July before they are formally adopted by the Council and published in the EU Official Journal.

You can read the announcements here and here, and the text of the provisional agreement on the DSA here.
