EU: EDPB publishes 48th plenary agenda
The European Data Protection Board ('EDPB') published, on 12 April 2021, the agenda of its 48th plenary session. In particular, the session will focus on, among other things, opinions on UK adequacy decisions, the review of Recommendations 01/2020 on Measures that Supplement Transfer Tools to Ensure Compliance with the EU Level of Protection of Personal Data, and guidelines on enforcement. Furthermore, the session will discuss the privacy and data protection aspects of a possible 'digital euro' and request a mandate for the same.
