Estonia: European Electronic Communications Code transposed into Estonian law

The Act Amending the Electronic Communications Act, the Building Code and the State Fees Act 437 SE of 24 November 2021 ('the Act') entered into force on 6 December 2021, following the approval of the President of the Republic.
