Denmark: CFCS publishes cybersecurity guidance for boards of directors

The Centre for Cyber Security ('CFCS') published, on 17 December 2019, guidance ('the Guidance') on cybersecurity for boards of directors. In particular, the Guidance highlights that the management must take the lead in prioritising cybersecurity, and develop expertise in the field in order to assess risks and make safety a competitive advantage. In addition, the Guidance outlines recommendations for boards centred around risk assessment and vulnerabilities, plans, processes and preparedness, as well as culture and people.

You can read the press release here and the Guidance here, both only available in Danish.
