Brazil: ANPD and Ministry of Management redesign complaint process for efficiency
On April 25, 2024, the Brazilian data protection authority (ANPD) announced the redesign of its complaint-handling process, together with the Ministry of Management, aimed at achieving greater efficiency. The changes include reducing the amount of steps, the redesign of forms and other documents to make them simpler and clearer, and the improvement of the information presented on the ANPD's website.
