Bermuda: PrivCom enters into two international enforcement cooperation agreements
The Bermuda Office of the Privacy Commissioner ('PrivCom') announced, on 24 February 2023, that it had entered into two international enforcement cooperation agreements in February 2023, namely the Global Privacy Enforcement Network ('GPEN') and the Global Privacy Assembly's Enforcement Cooperation Arrangement. In particular, PrivCom noted that it will now be able to liaise with privacy commissioners around the world and share resources in joint investigations.
