Pascale is one of the authors of the industry model clauses for data transfers to third countries approved by the EC Commission on December 27, 2004 and of the Binding Corporate Rules of a US based multinational company approved by several national data protection authorities. She has also played an active role with the American Chamber of Commerce to the European Union, the International Chamber of Commerce and the European Privacy Officers Forum in the discussions and communications with the EC Commission, the Article 29 Working Party and the CNIL on several issues, including the various data transfer model contracts, binding corporate rules, the employment data directive project, the simplification of notification requirements, e-mail marketing and whistle blowing lines. Pascale is the board member of AFCDP (French Association of Privacy Correspondents) in charge of International Affairs. She is also an active member of the European Advisory Board of IAPP (International Association of Privacy Professionals). Within AFCDP she heads the transborder data flows working group and the working group on data breach notifications.
