DataGuidance: making compliance simpler
DataGuidance has been created with a single aim - to make data protection and privacy compliance simpler.

The massive data breaches both in government and the private sector serve as a sharp warning that no organization can afford to be complacent.

Data protection and privacy has moved from being a concern of the few, to a major focus of politicians, company directors, the public sector and private individuals.

How we help
We do three things to help organisations large and small comply:
1) We bring together all the legislation, official guidance and codes of practice in one place.
2) We provide DataGuidance Notes, written by data protection experts, in a language you can understand, on key issues such as e-mail marketing, employee monitoring and data breaches.
3) We have made all this fast to find.

We already do this for the UK and Europe and in the coming year will do it for the rest of the world.

Easy Access
You can access DataGuidance either through the Project Plan or the Professional Plan.

The Project Plan
The Project Plan allows you to purchase access by the hour, day, week or month, whatever time period suits your particular project.

The Professional Plan
The Professional Plan allows you to create a package to meet your organizations needs, from single user, single site, through multi-user multi-site to intranet wide access.

The Last Word
DataGuidance is the product of a great deal of hard work. There are contributions from many data protection experts in many countries.

We are proud of what we have achieved so far but would be delighted to receive any of your comments, criticisms or corrections.
